Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original branded packaging and include the printed return slip provided in your shipping box.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or schedule a collection.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
